  • How to Set up Mail Forwarding or Nicknames in Google Apps
  • Go into Manage This Domain, and go into Organization & Users
  • Choose the user you wish to add a nickname for, or to create a new email address and click their name
  • Under User Information, go down to Nicknames, and click Add A Nickname
  • So you can add handy abbreviations of names or things such as Info, Sales, hello etc at your domain
  • What ever nickname you choose, received email will be forwarded to the User Mentioned at above
  • This is a very easy way of setting up Mail Aliases in the Google Apps system
  • It also adds a professional look to have several different address for different customer/viewer needs on your website
