You can find the WordPress premium themes shown over at ThemeForest. Harzem from Harzem Design is responsible for the beautiful MediaLayer design shown above. His work is extremely high quality from both a design and coding point of view. He's not cheap, but if you are looking for a custom design, particularly for a hosting company, I can highly recommend the quality of his work.
